Each bar is the 24 hours of the chosen day in the "In time zone" column. Green is the work day in that zone, the dark outline is your selected time, and the highlighted columns are hours that are working time for everyone. Daylight-saving rules are applied for the chosen date.

About this tool
Choose a date, a time and the time zone you are planning in, then add the other time zones your attendees live in. For each zone you see the local time (marked when it falls on the next or previous day), the offset from UTC, and a bar for the 24 hours of your chosen day with the work day in green. Columns that are within working hours for every zone are highlighted, so you can pick a time that does not wake anyone up. You can set what counts as the work day, and the tool uses the real daylight-saving rules for the chosen date, so a meeting in March or November is converted correctly even when countries switch clocks on different weekends. Your list of zones is remembered in this browser only. Time zone data comes from your browser.
How to use it
- Pick the date and time, and the time zone you are planning in.
- Add each attendee's time zone.
- Look for the highlighted hours where everyone is within working time.
- Press Copy summary to paste the local times into an invite.
Common problems
- A city I want is not in the list
- Time zones are named after a major city or region, such as Asia/Kolkata for India or America/Sao_Paulo for Brazil. Choose the nearest listed city in the same zone.
- The times are off by an hour around a clock change
- Different countries change clocks on different dates. Set the exact meeting date and the tool applies each zone's rule for that day.
- Nobody's hours overlap
- Try the edges of the work day, or widen the work day hours, and agree a rotating inconvenient time.
