Wayback URL Harvester
List the URLs of a website that the Internet Archive has ever captured, grouped by file type, with query parameter names and hosts.
Looks up live data What you enter is sent to our server to fetch live results from public sources. Results are cached briefly. A Cloudflare Turnstile bot check runs when you press the button (it loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com and may show a short challenge).
This is a passive lookup of the Internet Archive's index through our server. Nothing is sent to the domain you enter, but the name is passed on to archive.org. A Cloudflare Turnstile check runs when you press the button.
| URL | First archived | Status when first archived | Hints |

The archive lists addresses it once saw, not addresses that work now. The date and status are those of the oldest capture; the newest copy may differ. Hints come only from the file ending or words in the path and are guesses. Use this only on sites you own or are allowed to assess.

About this tool
The Internet Archive keeps an index of every address its crawlers have saved, and that index shows pages, files and parameters a site no longer links to. This tool asks the index for a domain, a single host or one path, merges http and https forms of the same address, removes default ports, and lists each URL with the date of its oldest capture and the status code of that capture (the archive returns one row per address, so later captures are not shown). URLs are tagged from their file ending and path words (documents, archives and backups, config files, logs, scripts, admin or login pages, API paths, JavaScript), and every query parameter name found is counted. These tags are hints from the name only; the tool never opens an address. A link on each row opens the newest archived copy at archive.org, not the live site. The index is read in alphabetical URL order, up to about 800 addresses per search, so a large site needs a narrower search by host or path. The domain you enter goes through our server to archive.org and nothing is sent to the site itself.
How to use it
- Enter a domain such as example.com, and choose whether to include subdomains.
- To dig into a large site, choose one path on this host and enter a path such as /blog/.
- Press Find archived URLs and wait; the Internet Archive can be slow.
- Filter by text or by hint, check the parameter names, then copy the list or download it.
Common problems
- The search says the Internet Archive did not answer
- The archive is often slow or busy. Wait a minute and try again, or narrow the search to one host or path.
- The result says it is incomplete
- Only about 800 addresses are read per search, in alphabetical order. Search a specific host or a path prefix to see the rest.
- A URL from the list does not work on the live site
- The archive lists addresses that existed at some point. Use the row link to see the newest archived copy; the status column shows the response at the first capture only.
