About this tool
Write the new order of the pages, for example 3, 1, 2, 4-end, and the tool saves a copy with the pages in that order. Every page has to be listed exactly once, so nothing is lost or repeated by accident; if you leave one out or list one twice, the message tells you which. Use Fill in reverse order for a document scanned back to front. Your file stays on your device: it is read and changed in this page and is never uploaded, so it is safe for contracts, IDs and other private documents. Pages are copied without re-compression, so text stays selectable. Bookmarks and form fields are not carried over. To repeat or leave out pages, use the extract pages tool, which allows both. A PDF with a password must have the password removed first. Every operation writes a new file, so digital signatures on the original no longer verify in the copy, and document properties such as title and author are not carried over.
